In no case will a refund be given as it is a digital product that we have no control over to deactivate. By accepting these terms and conditions, you waive the right to review and the right to a refund.
The ONLY case in which a refund is issued is only if the request meets the following requirements:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Viktor Stark, Reinhartserstraße 14, 87437 Kempten, Germany, cancel@by-stark.de, telephone: +49 175 55 02 447) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
The right of withdrawal also expires in the event of a contract for the delivery of digital content that is not provided on a physical data carrier (see above, refund policy), if we have begun to execute the contract after you have expressly agreed that we will start executing the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of contract performance.

If you finance this contract with a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are also your lender or if your lender is servicing our cooperation with regard to financing. If the loan has already been paid to us, your lender will replace our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract involves the purchase of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives). If you want to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also cancel the loan agreement, if you are also entitled to a right of withdrawal for this.
